Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving an item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition: unused, with tags or unworn, and in its original packaging.

All items are eligible for return and exchange except the following:

• Mystery products
• Gift cards
• Customised products 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us if you have received the wrong or defective or damaged product/ items so that we can evaluate your issue& make it right.
